Refund policy

We want RecoveryMate to be worth it. If it isn’t, we’ll refund you, no interrogation.

14 day, no questions asked refund

Within 14 days of your purchase, email hello@recoverymate.ai from any address and ask for a refund. We’ll process it to your original payment method. You don’t need to explain why.

How it works

Because we don’t store your email or purchase details, include the receipt link Stripe emailed you (or the checkout reference) so we can locate the transaction. After a refund, your unlock stops working.

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
